Welcome to the Skylight Play Therapy website.

I provide play and creative arts therapies; filial play coaching and mentoring; parenting services and training for schools and other agencies in Surrey, Oxfordshire and across the UK. You can find out more about me here.

The Skylight site has lots of information about play therapy and how it can help children, young people and adults to recover from emotional problems, difficult experiences and trauma of many kinds.

Skylight also provides parenting courses, coaching and support and offers training and experiential workshops to schools, social care and other agencies working with children's emotional needs and development.
